Staying at Plaza Poblana was an excellent experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. Edgar provided a mini tour upon check-in which made me feel welcomed. The facilities were larger than I had anticipated, and my room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with all necessary amenities including a coffee machine and free calls.
The curtains did not block out enough light, which was disruptive in the early morning.
